Terms of Service

Last updated 2 November 2026

These terms govern your use of Miney.Link (the "Service"), run by Zyztem ("we", "us"). By signing in, linking an account or otherwise using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it.

1. What the Service does

Miney.Link lets you prove, through Microsoft sign-in, that you control a Microsoft account, and reports to Discord whether it has an Xbox profile and appears to own Minecraft (Java and/or Bedrock). Server administrators can then use Discord's Linked Roles to grant roles based on that result. The Service also provides a dashboard, documentation, and a small set of Discord slash commands.

2. Who can use it

You must be old enough to use Discord and Microsoft/Xbox under their own rules, and at least 13 years old. If an account is a child account, Microsoft's family approval rules apply and may stop it from being linked. If you use the Service on behalf of a server, you confirm you may do so.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • link only a Microsoft account that you own or are authorised to use;
  • not try to link an account to someone else's Discord account, or interfere with someone else's link;
  • not abuse, overload, probe, scrape or attempt to break or bypass the Service or its limits;
  • not use the Service to harass others or to break the law or the terms of Discord, Microsoft, Xbox or Mojang.

4. Third-party services

The Service depends on Discord, Microsoft (including Xbox) and Mojang. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them, and we do not control them. If they change, limit or stop providing something we rely on, parts of the Service may stop working or become less accurate.

Miney.Link is not an official Minecraft product. It is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB.

5. Accuracy of ownership checks

Whether an account owns Java Edition is read from Mojang's store records. Whether an account owns or has played Bedrock Edition is a best-effort inference from store records and Xbox play history, and it is not proof of purchase. It can be wrong in either direction, for example when Xbox privacy settings hide activity. Server administrators are responsible for deciding how much weight to give it.

6. Deleting your account and the cooling-off period

You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. Deleting removes your link and the audit records about you, and clears your Linked Roles status. After you delete, a 48-hour cooling-off period applies: during it you cannot sign in or link an account. To enforce it we keep your Discord ID and the time the period ends, and nothing else, until it is over. See the privacy policy.

7. Suspension and ending access

We may limit, suspend or end access to the Service, for anyone, if we reasonably believe these terms are being broken, to protect the Service or other people, or because the Service changes or closes. You may stop using it at any time.

8. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an ongoing basis without a promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or remove features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

9. No warranty

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of the ownership checks.

10. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of data, roles, access, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where Zyztem is established, and disputes will be handled by the courts there, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country says otherwise.
